As a Browns fan, I liked having all of the games going at once. I only switched over to the game proper when it got down to the wire in the 4th quarter and for OT. For everything else, they did a fine job of switching to the game often enough so I didn't feel as though I was missing anything...

Oh, didn't see that. The air dates are wrong. For Maddow for instance, each episode is listed as airing "9-8-08" or something. It's always the same date like that. But other times, it'll record something as a "new episode" even though it clearly lists the correct original air date. So for Burn...

Yeah, this isn't even using DishPass. If I tell it to get The Daily Show, new episodes only, it records every airing: 11pm, 1am, 7am, 11am, 7pm, etc

My timers keep grabbing episodes that aren't new of Royal Pains and Burn Notice and stuff. Also, If I set it up to record new episodes of something like The Daily Show, it sets up recordings for every time it's on throughout the day. And show is supposed to run over its time for a few minutes...

DAMN IT I set up the 11:30 showing to record and now it's raining so I'm screwed Now I have to pay for the PPV if I want to watch in HD :(

um. My sentence is fine. "I was hoping for AMC HD before Mad Men." I was treating "Mad Men" as an event. As in "I was hoping (to receive) AMC HD before Mad Men ('s premiere)." But it's cool. Keep on raging there, champ.
