I tried to order the unit and the csr had no ideal what i was talking about. It clearly says on web site lease only, available to order. Any clues how to get this unit

According to the sheet that was posted. We will have to pay $5.00 a month for the unit and then $5.00 for the on-demand service. Is this right? Also, I wrote this in the orginal why would anyone do the $99.00 dhp deal for a 510. When this reciever is comming out sometime next month.
