    If you have a 722k receiver it is an issue that is happening. PM a dirt member so they can file a report. Hopefully that will help so engineers can get on fixing this.

    I too have an issue but with my 722k, 622 has no issues. They are connected via homeplug. Hope this gets fixed soon

    Don't want to add fuel to the fire but engadget posted about Scott's post on here about the offer being extended to existing customers, that's actually how I heard of this. Maybe they should retract that statement as well.

    If you log on to your dish account online and bring up dish remote access, there is a reset option under preferences < receivers. I have not tried it myself but it might be an option. I know this works on the 922 but just saw it is an option the on sling adapter.

    They have been great and very quick when needed. I hate calling in and used to like chat but for some reason it seems that they have made some big changes to chat that have not worked for me of late.

    622 and Sling Adapter????

    I too hope they get it working with the 622. I am eligible to upgrade but they cannot assure that I will receive a 722/722k even if pay to have a tech out to upgrade. DISH needs to get it working with the 622 or give us a definite option to upgrade to a 722/722k.

    dish remote access for android?

    I too am also stuck on logging in. In addition, the DISH Remote Access option is now grayed out when logged into my online account using PC. Never had any issues with remote access since it was available until now. Hope they get this fixed quickly.

    Web Site Reciever Question

    The "High Definition DuoDVR" is a 622 while the "Enhanced High Definition DuoDVR Receiver" is a 722. It is labeled as enhanced because of the larger hard drive and extra recording space.
