I am having the same issue. All shows in Series Manager are set to first run only. It records the first run and then every time there is a repeat of it.

I am having the same problem with the same dvr. My av receiver is new so I do not think that it is the problem. It is so random that it is difficult to pin down a specific channel. Tim

Thanks for the info Bob. I will probably wait for the HDMI spec to sort out before upgrading the receiver. My current receiver are now connected with digital coax and receiver also supports optical.
