Unfortunately we don't have an ETR at this time for it. They are still collecting feedback for the issue though. The feedback requested is the model of the hard time, time and date this was noticed, and if you get any pop up messages.

The reset would be your usual red button reset for the Hoppers. That's all we have at the moment though, I will include the feedback regarding DISH anywhere and that it looks fine on the tablet.

I checked and couldn't find anything on if that is normal function now or not, so I will get it sent forward for additional review. This sounds related to a known issue of 'info not available', which has been escalated already. No other information is available other than the possible...

Sorry, I did misunderstand the original post. Our typical installations are 2 Hoppers or HWS and 6 Joeys leased, however there is no specific limit currently. Additional Hoppers would just have to be purchased.

Just wanted to reply to this. I don't have any information about it being related to software updates, but there was a known issue on this that should be resolved.

Some units require a Smartcard, and others have it built in. Definitely send me a PM and I can check that out to see what is going on.

I haven't seen anything about upgrading Hoppers to HWS due to a communication issue at this time. Me or one of my co-workers can always see about getting the upgrade performed normally though.

At this time the new Carbon UI will only be on the HWS and Hopper 3. The Hopper 2000 won't be getting it since the processor isn't fast enough to use it reliably. This could change in the future, but that is the current state of it.

The disclosure we have is to return it within 10 days, however I believe that is in relation to 10 days from when you receive the replacement. I checked with some coworkers and it seems like the 10 days is to ensure our shipping team gets it checked in to avoid any unreturned charges, however...

There is a known outage in Tulsa at this time. Looks like the report was opened yesterday, and we are working on resolving it.

As long as the movie is downloaded to the hard drive prior to disconnect it should work.
