The Pentagon channel has no video and the signal light is steady on the pentagon channel but there is no video.

I am setting up afn and I am able to get a lock signal and I see the AFN channel description like the tv station and the radio station but no video and sound. The signal quality is zero. I called afn and they said I am not on the afn bird but I can see the channel description. The decoder work...
