It may seem rotated because the motor is not at 0 at the moment. I left it like that at the 97.0 satellite with the receiver (via USALS). (Usually I reset it to 0 and start all over again with South etc...and then I go to the receiver and then back for adjustments) I then very slightly moved...

For the dish bracket angle, I had it set for 23.3 and 42 previously, after tweaking and giving up that is where I left off.

Thanks, I think you're right, I remember now there is a little notch to the right of the nut on the motor. all this time I was using the center of the nut for the alignment. Looking at the manual it seems like the drawings were using the nut as well. For the dish I don't think there is a notch...
