    Hope they are using the Spectrum App to avoid box fees. DVR shows up under My library. You can schedule remotely using pc or smartphone.

    You have to get them comfortable with streaming. Cloud dvr is via the Spectrum App and streaming. Spectrum App can be downloaded on Samsung, Roku tvs, and roku streaming devices. App doesnt download to LG, Vizio and firestick. I use 4K roku 3810r stick for my non compliant tvs.

    I stream using the Spectrum app. I have the Cloud DVR plus (100 recordings). Watch on any tv or device. I record a lot of sports, movies, tv, etc. Nice to watch and fast forward thru the commercials. No limit on multiple recordings.

    You could save $30 month by switching to Cloud DVR and ditching the cable boxes. Allows you to watch recorded content on any tv in the house.

    $81.99 for 100s of spectrum channel with Cloud DVR is not bad. All i'm missing are the premium movie channels. $39.99 for 600 mb internet.

    You should consider Cloud DVR Plusnand ditch the 2 DVR boxes. Cloud DVR is whole house dvr. Cloud Plus allows 100 recordings.

    I think it depends on which plan you have, I have the cloud plus plan (100 recordings), never hit the simultaneous limit. I record a lot of stuff.

    Certain TV brands are not compatible with Spectrum App (LG, Vizio, Sony, firesticks). Samsung, roku tvs, and roku sticks work great. I recommend the 4K roku stick (best wifi) if TV is not compatible. I have multiple tvs (using 4k rokus) and cloud dvr. Really love the cloud dvr, watch any...

    I have used the Spectrum App and Cloud DVR for years. It's great. I have 7 tvs, the Cloud DVR is a whole house dvr. Can watch on any tv. I can record 100 programs at once if needed.
