can I take a 500 dish, with a dish pro twin head and run 1 output from it to the eastern arc 1000.4 wing dish input? I have a 1000.4 hitting 72 77 and 61.5 now and I want to put the 500 dish hitting the 110 119 into the extra port, will that work? And if that wont work am I better off with 119...

ok installer just left and i got the 1000.4, hitting 61.5,77,72, got all the neww channels plus everything I already had, guy did a great job and was quick.

well I called and after a few minutes on hold she told me that I needed an upgrade to the 129 dish but the system wont let her give it to me until 5pm eastern time when the new channels come on line

I got the HR22-100 and this reciever is slow, it sucks, how do I get a better reciever out of them, I still have my dishnetwork and I have the 622 and the 722 and they both blow this turtle out of the water, if it wasnt for NFL ticket I would have thrown it out alraedy, and I dont see any place...

Well my 622 finally came today, I hooked it up no problem and called and got advanced tech support and was up and running in less than 20 minutes, awesome reciever, was it worth the wait and the Bullsh!t runaround? I will let you know.

Nothing against you buddy but what a way to do business, I ordered 3 days before you same install date and when I email ceo@echstar.com, all I get is that when a tracking number is generated they will forward it to me, I wish I got Matt and not Natalie Winters.

Can I ask you, what makes you think it shipped out? Did they give you a tracking number? And yes I sent several emails to that e-mail. sorry didnt see that you did get a tracking number.

Just to update, all I recieved so far is an empty box and 22 different stories, but no 622, no tracking number, no nothing, a complete debacle from start to finish.

Well all I can say is they blow, I am seriously considering cancelling my service all together, its not the fact that someone ordered 8 days after me and have there 622 already, or that they have an install scheduled a week before me, hell there are people who ordered a week before me that still...
