I should add that now that the video works, it has a great picture, and I do love it. It would just be nice to have all the features working correctly, and I'm hoping the other problem can be fixed over the phone. But I'm not holding my breath. :(

this is the 1st season i've ever watched the show b/c i thought it was all about pop music, which i can't stand. i really got into it this time b/c of chris & taylor.

I'm considering purchasing the AV500E, and want to hear from any of you who have it. Would you recommend it, pros, cons, etc. Any problems w/the screen "freezing" during play? I hate to spend that much $ on it if it's a piece of crap. thanks for any advice :D
