I just had some service and the tech took away my HR20-700 and gave me an HR20-100. What is the difference? The new HR20-100 does not seem to work with my RF remote - and the IR remote take forever to just change the volume. Is the HR20-700 newer and better? Dick

We recorded a movie today on our 522 (single user mode). When we played it back the sound was out of sync. I never had this problem during 5 years of direcTV. Is this a Dish problem or a 522 problem? What causes the sound to be out of sync, and how do I fix it???
