    According to E*, I need to puchase a receiver since I have 4 leased tuners. I would like a dual tuner model and E* says it needs to be the Vip series due to the dish equipment I have. Suggestions about where to purchase a used receiver at a reasonable price?

    Talking to CRS - telling me I can not set up online access. How can I set up online account?

    I signed up for DTV service on Oct 14th. They gave me a Nov 18th install date. This seems a long time to wait. Is this common? I have called DTV and the install company but nothing earlier so far.

    Looking to start directv service. I was wondering if any new customers had gotten 2 HD/DVRs from Direct free. I know they are offering one free right now but wasn't sure if the right CRS might offer 2.
