Yes, that is the number that was on the card. There was also a reference code on the card of WA615. The card had "Urgent Action Required" in bold letters.

I got a card in the mail that said to call and make an appt. to upgrade my Dish 500. They advised it was free. I called and not only was it free but they came the same day I called. Unreal!! I now have a 1000.4. I also have about 3 times more HD channels than before. I am in Atlanta.

I received a card today telling me to call Dish and arrange for an adjustment to my dish to receive HD programming. They said it would be free. Is this for the 129, I have only 110 and 119 now. Will they install new dish?

Atlanta---My local Fox channel is running ads to change from Dish to a different carrier. Sounds like Fox really has it in for Dish.
