Believe me I've checked that invoice about 20 times looking for some clue as to a shipping number! I just checked it before I wrote this and still no tracking number! :D Still no response from support to find out what the problem is.

Well usually you take a photo from behind the dish so we can see what is in front of the dish :D With these photos we can't really tell.

Can you take a photo of the area your dish is pointing at? To me this sounds like a tree issue. The wind blowing the leaves into the path of the satellite signal. On calmer days signal is OK, but when there is a little more wind loss of signal.
