might be the LNB failing on your Dish, that is common for a failing LNB to see signal issues.

here we go again, in 2011, Dish was sued by Disney over carriage of the HD feeds of some of the channels owned by Disney without permission of Disney as Dish thought they were able to carry those HD feeds under the then-current deal with Disney when in reality, Disney was charging separate fees...
