    getting HD Local feeds in Canada (Toronto)

    I live in Toronto and run a subscription from the Maryland area. I get every channel, except the local networks in HD. Is there something I can do to receive them. If I change my subscription to buffalo or elsewhere, will I receive everything including the local networks in HD? thanks
