I apologize that I am not satisfied with your response. I need a better explanation on why this one channel is not offered in HD and why this isn't mentioned anywhere.

How does that make sense? All other channels in the package are available in HD.

I just downgraded to the 120+ last night and I was not able to locate NBATV HD but I was able to locate all the others in odd places. Anyone know exactly where NBATV HD would be located?

I did when he told me they were sending me to collections. But since I have an E-mail from Fedex stating the tracking number and their address, I think I have a enough to keep FyreTV from sending me to collections. I was pretty upset that they claimed that they had sent several E-mails...
