    did u use the hdmi cables from the reciever? Every reviecer should come with an access card.If it was me i would of told him to give me a reciever that had an access card.are you set for 720i or 1080i in your recievers. how are the b band converters are you missing any hd channels

    if you have a diplexor your will loose hd channels and there is now why around it you have to a direct line and im sorry that you have to hear it again

    i found that when u use a diplexer in eithier a sat or cable programming u will loose hd channels sooo what im saying is take it out out and run a a direct line to see if that solves your problem

    IS DIRECTV Installer wrong......I hope so!!!!!

    when he puts the multiswitch in have it wire to someplace in your house and then when the tech leaves go to a audio video store and get your self rg6 cable and do it yourself
