    I agree with dishrich, just changing the setup does nothing you will still get the 920 error code, it is very rare but possible that the LNB is bad, but i would recommend trying everything else before you come to that resolution, ditch the SL5 LNB and get a SWM3

    You cannot get HD signal because they are made to run on the 101 and 119 and all of the most recent HD channels have migrated over to the 99 and the 103, but it will still work as a standard receiver.
