I just had the same problem with my H20-600. It would reset about 5-6 times a day, more often when watching HD channels. I went through the technical assistance process and reset my receiver to the defaults. They said 9 times out of 10 that works, but it froze and reset again an hour later...

So this is a new subscriber to D*. I am a D* customer already, just a new HD subscriber. Is there any better deal than the $85 after rebate I can get or just go though D*?

I also use the Harmony 676. Very easy to setup and use. Probably one of the best investments I have made. I agree that the 688 is a bit more complicated than it needs to be and I personally like the 676's layout better. Even my 3 year old can use it to watch DVD's and back to TV or vice...

Actually this is a little bit different. I just ordered my H20 and 5LNB dish for $249. Shipping and handling is $14.99 and tax was about $20 in CA. After the $200 rebate it will be roughly $85 after tax and shipping. I am a new HD subscriber.
