i would use a GLOW paint , as long as it was non metalic!!( i know when painting a dish it has to be a flat paint) i wonder if there is any glow paint that is non metalic ?? hmmm , now it has me thinking,, i have a 1m and a 1.2m channel master that have to be painted in the next week or so???but...

Covack, the home improvement stores sell a pole level for 3$ it has 3 levels in it and uses strapes/rubber bands to go a round the pole/post, that should be the easiest way to trell if the pole/post is plumb,,also i have seen u-bolts that big,, if i were you i would go that route instead of lag...

i believe it wont work due to that it was an DirecTv unit, which does not "talk"with DVB Mpeg2 which FTA uses, DTv uses thier own DSS signal, and the HD tuner that is in that STB is for DTv and OTA ATSC, but i could be wrong
