You still need electricity to charge the batteries..... leaving the battery laying around the yard (in the sun and wind) for a few hours will not cause it to magically power remotes again. You need to harness those energy sources and convert to electricity.

Almost 3 years ago, they were on 118. I had 2 dishes, dish 1000 that caught 110,118,119 and a dish 500 for 129. Last june, when I moved, they installed a 1000+ to grab all 4 locations with 1 dish. I'll check the transponders when I get home. Never heard of an eastern arc option for st. louis.
