    WTOO-CD & WJAC-TV in Johnstown, PA

Clarification: TV station power is given as ERP, not EIRP. It's power relative to a dipole. The difference between the two turns out to be 2.15 dB. If the issues with ffmpeg correlate to the TEI Errors, then you have a signal issue most likely. If it's associated with Continuity errors...

    WTOO-CD & WJAC-TV in Johnstown, PA

If you're seeing errors in ffmpeg and not in your reception, that implies some type of encoder issue. Can't be sure though. Could you collect an HTML Export? Check all the boxes except EIT and Thumbnails. Maybe it'll tell me something useful. Perhaps you could grab a sample of the whole...

DISH Provides Spectrum to AT&T at No Cost

Welcome to the era of the software defined radio. EDIT: Moreover, they're using relatively standard equipment across most sites for 600 as far as I know, notwithstanding different vendors. It generally supports both 600 and 700 and has to be able to support most of the band given that, in...

DISH Provides Spectrum to AT&T at No Cost

All the spectrum Dish is lending out is spectrum that is compatible. So for T-Mobile, it's 600 MHz (Band 71) spectrum that the T-Mobile gear already supports. Same for Verizon with AWS-3 (Band 66) and AT&T with AWS-4 (Band 66) and 700 (Band 29). - Trip

As long as the check clears, I doubt either WDAF or KMCI cares what's running as long as it doesn't get them fined by the FCC. - Trip
