i notice a difference. i will say i think it's how the content is mastered as well. i have some 4K blu rays that don't look like 4K:coco

movies studios from what i hear are filmimg in 16k sometimes.. i'm not holding my breath for 8k atleast there's software and players for 4K though not all of the discs look like 4K quality depending on how it's mastered. OTA is going 4K there bata testing in in areas now but damm it's taking em...

sammy's wall t'v is 8k. though i don't wan't to know how much it costs!!! along with some other smaller sets. but then again there's no hardware or software for it

so i guess i was right that sony does use the LG panels for there oleds, LG is the old goldstar back from the day wich was crap to. just a different badge

depending on the life span of the TCL i bought for my den. i would not have a problem buying another one. if i get 6 years from it id'e be happy

i don't think you will have a problem i'm not on pins and needles. i was having a stroke when i was buying our OLED'S :p

we have not had any problems with burn ins. but than again we don't have any gaming systems hooked up to em nor do we keep the guide up to long... but they are more susceptible to burn in's than led's

i agree with you. i am sticking with 4K for now. there's no blu ray players or movies out in 8K yet. and to get 8K it doubles the cost of a 4K set :coco

so i have been seeing t.v.s with resolutions going up to 8K!!! i have really been wondering if were gonna be doing anything with 8K or if it's all hype!!! i haven't seen any 8K blu ray players or discs not even any broadcasts.. all i seen is stuff recorded on usb thumb drives that's about it...

we have a couple of OLED sony's there a few years old and still going strong. no issues with them not even with inmar. we bought there very top of line from there master series as we paid 10k a pop for each t.v.. though for what we paid for em i hope they out live me :coco :p ;). the 88 inch...

i have never owned sammy t.v.s. i had one of there giga sytems and it was crap... wal mart carries only basic t.v.s as like you said price is there thing!!! back in the day i used to buy mitsubushi t.v.s the PQ was awsome on them and i used to buy the sony trinitrons i still have my 36 inch set...

bought a TCL 65S421 at wally world for the den. the PQ ia stunning i would put it up against our sony OLEDS!!! the HD PQ upconverts awsome 4K is jaw dropping for a cheap set!!!
