I have the SK-3005 on my motorhome and asked Winegard the same question and was told the SK-3005 does not have the electronics to do this. I am tempted to try it because I have a spare SWM lnb laying around. If you try it and it works please let me know and I will also give it a try.

I have mine (HR-22 ) in a small cabinet in my motorhome. This weekend I was having problems with the unit. I checked the temperature and it was 136. Needless to say I moved it to a larger cabinet with more air space and temps down to 113 and no more problems.

I'm using a SWM-3 on a tripod with my HR-22 in my motorhome. No problem setting it up. It now takes me about 10 minutes and I'm up and going. HD all the time.

I use a SWM with a tripod for my Motorhome , No meter needed. Very important that tripod or mounting is level. Have someone near TV to read signal strength and takes about 10 minutes to set up

As far as diplexers I am using a pair of them in my Motorhome and they work just fine. When I am at a Campground that has cable I hook up the cable and my SWM-3 on a tripod to the diplexer and everything works. No problems with signals on cable or satellite.

Exact same problem here since software update, Really sucks.

I could be wrong but don't you need two diplexers. I had to use two with my setup, one on each end or it wouldn't work.

Joe I have the round dish and have been using it all year. On my last coach that I sold I had a crank up dish on the roof. I just bought a new coach (2006 new to me) and took out the 23 inch sd tv and put in a 32 inch hd Samsung. They do make a automatic dish for the coach but it is $1600, OUCH...
