Nobody mentioned that for the YouTube TV to work, the person out of home, must check in at the Accounts Owners home once every 90 days in order to continue to work. I wonder if the D* service is going to work that way as well eventually, Hulu (Live) works the same btw.

I would keep that email you got showing it to be Free ... Keep an eye on your bill for a few months to see if they do give you the money back ... if not, call again, with email in hand. I have gotten that same email in previous years and it always showed up like b4pjoe's on the itemized...

I don't mind that networks only have so many hours of New shows, that generally means they have shows that people watch and they keep them going. (weather they are profitable or not.)

What are you gonna do about it, Players demand the money and or Owners out bid for players, Sports networks want thier games and the prices are high ... it been out of line for ages. Regular season games have always been low ratings unless its the Top teams, even then, I don't know how good...

How do the ratings that are being reported go, by hours on the service watching, or by Subs ??? for example, I tend to buy Subs by the year, may or may not be watching something on them (got better deal on the annual plan) does it show for those that have the service all year long ?

I could explain further how that set up works, but it wouldn't make you any happier ... Have you never had bad service from a company before ? It happens .... doesn't make it right, but sometimes it happens.

Land line is 100's of years old, I'm surprised it works at all. FWIW, what you described is the same with any local landline service from any of the companies prior to Voip.
