This exact thing has been happening with me. I'm watching a recorded show and it froze three times. Press start over and FF. Sometimes the FF says Live TV but the program is frozen. Also the Lions-Chiefs game on Sunday was pixelating like crazy on my local ABC network on Dish. I keep checking...

There is no new Hopper on the horizon. We have a load of folks here that have 2 Hopper 3s with just a Joey or 2 or no Joey’s at all.

the only way dish will let us add a second hopper is if we had more than 7 joey's on our acct. does that sound right 🤔 . second thing is the rep said that it would be a second bill!!! :mad::mad::facepalm:wtfshould be an extra 15.00 a month not a whole other bill... waiting to see the new hopper...

Since DIRECTV escaped from AT&T they are quicker than they used to be. Took me only 10 days to get a VISA Debit card from the perks program and any discount I receive now are always applied immediately to my account instead of them waiting for a month or two to apply the credit.

So they made what was already confusing...even more confusing.
