Agreed that you don't need the plus to upgrade to Joey 4. The only "advantage" would be having a common user interface on all sets. I am assuming that the disadvantage is that you lose multi-view. I've been getting it for I think around $30 for the year around Black Friday. I would Cancel Before Black Friday ... maybe the week before or there abouts, they may make you an offer right when you Cancel, I've seen that happen elsewhere before.

Reddit is trash. It's full of bots, p0rn, bots, hate speech, and is largely unmoderated. I refuse to make an account there. It reminds me of IRC (if anybody remembers that). Edit: did I say 'bots' twice? Meh. I'll leave it that way. 😁

I honestly think a big part of the problem too is Reddit. Now there is a Reddit for nearly everything, and every service. You want to know about YTTV? There is a reddit for that. DirecTV or DirecTV stream? Also a reddit. It's slowly putting forums out of business.
