The Salem Costco is $3.299 and $3.659 -- fully $1.20 less for regular than RP for regular. Costco Santa Rosa is 20 cents/gallon cheaper than RP for both gasoline grades. What's wrong with this picture? This may be a warning to Santa Rosa patrons that they're price is going to take a hop with...
