Dish Network mobile application works just fine. The issue is with Dish anywhere online application. Maually scrolling for a channel works just fine. The skip channel next to manual scroll does not skip to chosen channel. Only goes up. How do I fix this. Dish has no clue.

Please post a photo of the LNBF or the model. If it is an old CK1 model, yes, you need either a DiSEqC or 22 KHz switch for the STB to select between the C-band and the KU-band outputs. A CK1 does not have any interference filtering and will have problems with 5G interference on the C-band...
