My Next Gen Tablo did the same thing. I like it, but would prefer that we could still set the guides to what we prefer. Instead of their preset choices.
Why am I not seeing the new guide? My Hopper 3 Plus and my other Hopper 3 are on software version H703 and all my Joey 4s and Wireless Joey 4s are on the latest software versions. All Hoppers & Joey 4s have the older guides.
Now, this will take some explaining for my dumb a$$. How is that possible? The programming info is there, you just can't see it. All you have to do is scroll to the right and you can see it.

Given that you have a month to renew your certificates once they near expiration, it would have to be a massive long-term outage.

The industry should be going the way the USERS want, not some arbitrary thing they imagined. This new guide, as I said before, is OBJECTIVELY stupid. Who wanted less lines on screen?
