    You don't have to be a new customer to get the H3 fee reduced to $ 10 but you"ll most likely need to talk to retention/;loyalty. I had a 622 and also didnt want to change mainly due to the increase in the monthly fee but $10 I could live with. I'm glad I did -the H3 works great for us.

    Do yourself a favor and call 888-496-1260 not the regular number. Much more highly trained people with power to make things happen.You may have to wait for your contract to be up -I don't know.But if anyone can answer your questions they can.

    If I was going to change it would be to YT TV. It's programming closely matches what we have now.Plus last I checked not all live tv streaming services do 5.1 audio.

    The OP stated " I use the dish anywhere app on my Roku TV " so you can see my confusion. I guess if he had a firestick or Appletv box plugged into the Roku TV and stated so perhaps I would less confused. And I cant get rid of the stupid bullet points.

    They unfortunately do not provide streams for our locals which happen to be the ones that cut out the most.Not all of us have OTA signal- I put up a large Channel Master UHF antenna with a booster in a vain attempt .
