    Hi there, I am moving to Grand Forks ND in a few months. I checked the DTV website and it says that Locals are going to be available this year in Fargo, but not Grand FOrks. But, when I type in Grand Forks zipcode, it says that they will be available this year. Has anyone gotten any letters...
