Glad this has worked out and you figured out the problem. You may not have to run a cable over to the TV, depending on your router you may be able to get a Wifi extender and put it near the TV. Many extenders have an ethernet jack on them, which you can use to plug into the TV. Hope this helps!

Yup, that appears to be the issue. I went through the grief of updating the set's software. I had to disable my VPN (enabled in my router). The SONY does NOT recognize the I-Net as being connected if it is through a VPN!! Once the update was complete, WVIT & WFSB streams worked...
