    What to do with used DVR that has balance due?

    I just bought a 612 receiver off craigslist..... I know..... but for $25 I figured what the heck. Anyway, I found out the hard way (next time I will call dish in advance) that this is a leased box with a balace due. So, should I hang on to the box for a while to see if they pay the balance due...
