By streaming I mean the regular channels like ESPN that startup saying to the effect "Starting Stream" and not others like the sat delivered locals that start with "Streaming from your Hopper". Sorry, no input for the Jade World type channels.

I stand corrected. Closed Captioning doesn't identify the Brikar cadet or the human cadet in the corridor right after the opening, but it isn't Rok-Tahk. Likewise, the EXOcomp in the turbolift isn't Peanut Hamper, but is identified as Almond Basket in the Closed Captioning:
