    DISH Has Made it Impossible to be a VIP211k Owner

    In Europe last summer I observed that many the public loos are pay. You have to drop your euros into a slot for the turnstile to admit you, and there is an attendant on duty. I suppose this helps to raise revenue but it's likely also serves maintain orderliness and cleanliness.
