You need to find a polar mount from an old C-band dish, and convert this dish to it. Since it appears to be offset, when put on the polar mount, the top of the dish will also need to be tilted forward by the same degree as the dishes offset. Likely around 23 degrees. There's posts around here...

My 7.5ft SAMI dish had the same problem, came that way from the factory. I drilled out the hole larger, so as to make the bolt go in straight. Then I used some large flat washers to cover the hole and tightened it all down. IF the OP doesn't fix his and tighten it down FLAT, that dish will flop...

Stay FAR, FAR away from Rainier! You'll get just as much FTA stuff for FREE by yourself, IF you rehab that dish. There's plenty of info here to figure it all out.

Nothing under 8 feet is worth bothering with for C-band. Those times are passed now, as most need far more s/n ratio to be lockable.

I more than once have setup a polar mount, by going out late at night and sighting in the polar star to get the polar axis near perfect. Now I just do it by looking up local solar noon time, going out to the dish with an atomic clock, and pounding in a long tall stake piece of pipe perfectly...
