Did you ever watch “Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow”? That was a really low-budget film that had most everything shot in green screen. Very few practical effects. It’s pretty cheesy, too, but it has almost all the Sci-Fi tropes from the mid-20th Century movies.

I see it as a way to expand my options while on vacation. An AppleTV 4K doesn’t take up much room in my Pipe-Full-o-Fun-Kit #7 (my bag of techno-goodies) and I have tested watching DVR and OTA content. We will see how well this works outside of our home.

That was part of the original troubleshooting. Of course, after ordering the 211k, by Brother-in-Law says it came back Monday morning and it’s been working okay since then. And then find out today that for $10 more, the Wally now can fall back to Internet streaming of a live Satellite channel...

Well, great, that sounds like an awesome feature to have. I wish I knew that was available before I replaced the 211 that flaked out with the 211k instead of the Wally.
