99s does show spotbeam Signal Strength but evety area is different due to overlapping spots.
You would have to have your "baseline" readings to known what is missing,
Your...
Building that is the easy part.
It's all the authorizations for the 24 x 2 channel blades that's going to take time.
Then the QAM muxing and distribution next!!

Wrong setup
That P121R1-03 is a power inserter not an SWM
HR24-500 was on a SWM before.
No SWM needed for 18 in dish. No power inserted needed either.
Run guided setup and select Dish -> 18 in round
Multiswitch -> none
Note that in the near future +/- 1 year all SD service is going away and the...
Weekly D4s update:
Still at 35,632 x 35,679 Km (Lower) orbit and still moving East at ~ 1.7 degrees per day
Todays TLE has it at 68.56 W at this moment.
Will be at it's Tracking EAST limit by November 1, 2019 (40 degree W Longitude).
Doctor j
You are not going to like this, BUT if you are going to continue RVing and want Directv service with an HS17 you REALLY need an AIM meter and lots of practice.
You must make certain the Dish/LNB is working by setting it up at home with identical settings from home dish/LNB.
Then setting up...

When you say it's a "No Go" for the 24, does that mean you attached the LCC directly to the 24 receiver and reran setup??
The Clients will get channels and guide info from the HR54 but the HR24 will require it's own AM21 and presumably LCC to get OTA functionality.
It will not pull info from the...
No they are not
2" OD
1 7/8" is the diameter of the inside tube plus 2 x .065 wall thickness
Outside edge to edge is 2.00 inches
I have used many of these and have measured with micrometer
Doctor j
Here is a good source. (Commercial 2" Chain Link Fence Posts)
Typical 16 gauge tubing works great.
Site also has 14 gauge and Sch 40 if you want maximum strength.
2 " OD tubing in any length you want.
I typically get 8' and bury 2 to 3 feet in concrete after smashing flat the end and placing 2...
Multiple threads on this.
Few if any all in one eSATA solutions.
Yes external eSATA enclosure and SATA drive is the best route.
I personally have 3 thermatakes eSATA enclosures (BlacX, eSATA model no longer available but clearly best option in past)
Some old BlacX eSATA enclosures still seen on...
OK, so I've gone to my sources and this is what he said.
Before D14 , Albuquerque was broadcast on D12 103 TPN 16,19 &/or 20.
It did not fully cover the entirety of the DMA so when D14 was launched the transmission switched to D14 99 TPN 1 & 3.
Then general assumption was that D12 tpns were...
On closer exam, Sat 103 TPN 16,19, &20 in your area (El Paso) is covered by BEAM A1B9 but no markets are assigned to that beam.
I did not think they were being broadcast so I'll have to rethink.
Will consult my smarter cohorts and report back.
Doctor j
Look again
Sort excel LIL tab by 1) SAT 2) TPN 3) Market and 4) Channel
Sat 103 TPN 16 and 20 has Waco ,Tx channels, A bit far but Tx spots are big.
Uncertain yet what TPN 19 is ?Sherman ,Tx but pretty far away. There are spotbeams that are allocated for San Angelo and Victoria Tx but didn't...
I suspect the Dish maps have not been constructed as accurately as the Directv ones.
Are you using SD or HD maps?
The pink rings on the HD maps should be fairly accurate.
The very outermost rings are not really able to be received.
Doctor j
I may not understand what you are asking, but for any given point in the US there is not multiple overlapping spotbeams on a single transponder. That frequency may be used on up to 6 (maybe more) spotbeams but they do not overlap. Multiple spotbeams are visible at any point but they are unique...
