I'm on the east coast. When I go to certain channels, it says signal lost on a few channels and they are all on transponder 26. It's been about 2 weeks.

Hi,
I can't receive any channels that are on transponder 26 on Satellite 72. All my signals are good on all transponders except this one which has no signal. What could be the issue?

I tried your suggestions. I can now hear the programming in the background with the waiting to download screen, so the software may have downloaded and it's just stuck on the screen. I think there's something wrong with the Wally.

Wally is stuck on Downloading software. I tried it both on 61.5 and 72 and it stays stuck on waiting to download. I unplugged it multiple times and waited over 2 hours each time at the screen and nothing happens. How do I fix this?

I noticed a new App "More Video Services" on Hopper 3. It's like VOD. It has the same shows as VOD but it looks different. Also, the videos don't show up under Rentals. There are just a few networks right now. There is also ads you can't skip before each video. Here's a few pictures.

The social app isn't working on any of my Joey's. It says please wait for about 1 minute and then it says connect to the Internet. It only works on the Hopper 3. Anybody else have the same problem?

The system won't allow you to purchase it directly from DISH. You can buy it from a retailer and add it to your account.

I just installed my Hopper 3 and I received the message hard drive error. I unplugged it about 10 times and it is still saying it. Is there anything that can be done without exchanging it?

I activated my Hopper 3 and I can't activate my joeys. I called multiple times and they are saying my joeys arn't compatible. I also have a Joey2 and they are saying that it is a joey 1.0. How do I activate them?
I have my dish pointed only at 61.5 (can't adjust dish right now), the hopper 3 has been saying waiting to download for over an hour.
Can the software be downloaded over 61.5?
