    Sliced smoked pork with fresh picked squash sauteed in butter... Water Afterwards vacuum seal the rest of the pork butt.

    Letting it rest, I choked it off to lower temps for awhile where it would get more smoke. Thin coat of Sweet Bay Rays about an hour or so ago along with spritz of apple cider vinegar. Cooled off outside to 104F.

    Oklahoma Joe Bronco Mesquite & Pecan 5.25 lb Pork Butt Salt, Pepper, Garlic & Onion Power lightly In smoker at 10:30, currently at 162F & 161F internal 240 smoker temp Sprayed with apple cider vineger once Current outside temp my thermometer says 104F, station nearby says 106F

    The Allsups on this end was $2.92 this morning which bodes well, might try and put a little real gas in my old blue truck today... Lubbock at Murphy's real gas was $3.52 yesterday so should be around that.

    The one here hasn't impressed us at all, we never even consider it for lunch. We had DQ tacos on the way home as there are none here. Breakfast was What-a-burger egg burger for me this morning, been a couple months. (none here either)

    Tuna fish sandwich, water... on the wagon since the 8th minus 1 beer the 10th at Olive garden in El Paso... (will remain till cleared by Dr. supposed to heal faster) I salivate when I open my beerrator or camper fridge and see them. ;)
