    It’s based on overall profitability of the customer on a per account basis. Let’s just call it equity. A lot of people think because of what they pay, they are profitable. It is not. Being a long time customer also does not mean you are profitable. Hope that helps.

    The switch out by the tech would not require doing anything with your cable. What they would do is change out the antenna, and receiver. Neither of which would require doing anything to the cable.

    Statistically, with QA, it will correct that action really fast. They actually do listen to those QA’s pretty dang closely. My wife’s company does QA’s and then also monitors, and catch people left and right. Life of call center employees.

    Nielsen uses Dish’s(and the other providers) digital data now. There are still Nielsen homes, but they get a good amount of their data from that.

    HipKat what is the technicians goal for connectivity? Maldonado, Juan, you forgot it stores data to a certain point when you return the receiver, it is read then. You’re not going to win this argument.
