What package do you have to have to get this channel (I have 250) and a 118 dish?

I called this afternoon to see about getting a 118 , I think she said $200 plus $99 to get it installed. I have a hearing disability so I can't be sure. I think I"ll wait till the hopper comes out and hope to get it cheaper.

I have 110 119 129 and now 61.5 I had 61.5 all along because of skyangel, I never kept up that they moved the foreign channels

What are they doing? Are these going to stay here? Less than a year ago they took my 61.5 said I:d never need it again, put in 77. Middle last week they took locals off 77 and came to adjust to 61.5 . So I thought I might try the Israel channel on 61.5 which I knew had the foreign channels...
