    1000.2 or 1000.4 satellite for South Arkansas?

    Should I have the 1000.2 or 1000.4 satellite for South Arkansas? My local channels come out of Little Rock, AR.

    Will a DP301 receiver work with a 1000.x dish and which 1000 do i need?

    I did not know that. When I called Dish Network a few months ago I was told in the past that it would be an additional $5 a month for the HD channels on an HD receiver or $10 a month to use the HD receiver in non HD mode.

    I don't have an HD capable TV yet so a move to HD now would not work.

    I have a few DP301 units currently on my Dish Network 500 satellite dish and I recently discovered that my LNB has gone out for satellite 119.
