    SWM install problems I think

    I had a supervisor from Conntect Tv install my 4 HD-DVR setup on Saturday. He used the SWM-8. The mounting of the dish went great but attic part I think may have a problem.     4 HD DVRS... Custom install?

    Are 4 hd dvrs considered a custom install? I tried to get direct via x-satellite and the installer told me that it was considered a custom job. I have the sales manger trying to work something out with install manger. Thanks for any input
