I used a code when I signed up for service and the lady took the # down for me over the phone but I didnt get the $50 first month credit like I was told I would. Called Dish Network and they told me that I was all out of luck and that they wouldnt be able to go back and add it in? Why?

Just wondering if anyone could help me with this issue. Also, if they are not available if anyone knew when they might be and also if anyone could recommend a nice antenna to try so I can recieve these in HD?
