    INSIDE RADIO reports SIRIUS to start a major $50 rebate promotion Monday, May 2nd. One has to prepay 6 months to receive the $50 rebate on select plug & play receivers. Their research shows the biggest barrier to signing up new subscribers is the retail price point. A $99 receiver is now $50.

    Does anybody have any ideas as to how we can convince E or D to carry CNN International? With all of the foreign programming on E it seems to make sense for E to offer an excellent channel with a world veiw in English.
