I have a 22 inch lcd (1680x1050) monitor with PIP. It has composit, component, s-video and dvi inputs. Im trying to hook up my dish network receiver(vip 211) to it and it just says "no sync" their's no picture. I can hook it up with the composite cables and it works fine. I dont have a dvi to...
