    Returning remotes

    I am having 2 new remotes sent to me under the dhpp as remote 2 was burning through batterys every 2 weeks and remote 1 was just wore out due to use. The csr said the new remotes will come with return labels but not to return the old remotes. My question is are old remotes usually returned...

    Anyone know when the btn overflow channels will be listed in the on screen guide? I wanted to dvr a game for the 30th and I was thinking they will probably listed next week sometime but though I would ask. Thanks for any info
